Arizona Evictions

APT provides a search of evictions, in Pima County Consolidated Justice Courts, which are also called forcible detainers, for a period of the last 3 years. We will report any cases, which go to court and are adjudicated against your prospective tenant.

We use the information you provide plus the information we find in the TransUnion credit report to confirm address information found in the court files. We report to you a summary of the eviction information found.
